About the Event
We will be sharing about 3 amazing women who were Native American and made tremendous contributions to our Nation's history. We will also learn the traditional teachings behind the Ribbon Skirt, and have a presenter there to offer instruction on making your very own Ribbon Skirt.
What To Bring:
Materials required for one skirt
2.5 meters of fabric - (2x's the length they want +5" extra for the hem and waistband)
Ribbon at least 2.5 meters per colour for each row of ribbon
