First Nations Outreach, Inc. keeps records for our non-profit that may contain some personal information. These records allow us to provide numbers of who we service within the public for reporting purposes.
If you would like your information shared as a donor or sponsor please let us know in writing and we can include your information on any pages on this website to showcase your financial or in-kind donations and contributions.
The following information we collect is to provide services and programming within the community. We may collect: email addresses, names and phone numbers, addresses, number of family members who live in the home, annual household income, gender of expected baby, and tribal affiliation. We collect this information, for reporting purposes of who we have been able to serve within our community. This may allow us to seek additional funding in the future to continue to offer our services and programming to the community.
