The Sacred Circle - Mental Health and Wellness

The "Sacred Circle" Mental Health and Wellness Campaign was created to promote our Traditional Ways and Culture as a way to heal our people.

Within the "Sacred Circle" Mental Health and Wellness Program we incorporate a Holistic Approach as we integrate the Sacred Medicine Wheel Teachings, Indigenous Foods as part of our Nutrition Program, and Cultural Activities to keep us moving.

Our "A Time To Gather" Health and Wellness Events are a way that we can bring the community together for what we call the 5 F's: Fun, Food, Family, Friends, and Fitness.
